Tikona — Disconnection request pending since 2 months

Hi Team, This is my last option as I am completely fed up with the way the service is provided. My disconnection request for USER ID- [protected] is pending since Aug 14 2015 and there is completely no action taken till date. We have stopped using the internet service since 25th of Aug. After calling the customer care / tech support multiple times the only answer we get is "It is in progress" I am not sure what progress they are doing since 2 months. I have also escalated the matter multiple times but all efforts in vain. On top of this we are receiving bills even after the disconnection which I am not going to pay as we have stopped the internet by 25th Aug, and moved to a different service provider.
