[Resolved] Tikona — Dispute of bill/ Account deliberately not terminated | |||
I was a Tikona consumer for wireless internet services and I terminated the connection with them as their engineer told me that their service cannot be provided on my new location where I relocated in March 2021. I asked them to terminate my connection as I had signed up for service with another provider. Tikona deliberately did not terminated the account and generated a bill for bill cycle Feb 2021 to March 2021. Moreover the person who visited me at my new address in March 2021 took the router and other accessories with him but did not submit it to Tikona hence they applied a penalty against me for not returning their router. I was contacted by an attorney today i.e. 4th September 2021 as they've processed legal action against me for overdue charges. I have all the proof of payment, receipt and everything against them so would like to counter challenge Tikona and need them to pay me the charges plus compensation for harassment caused.
