[Resolved] Tikona — Force full recovery of bill for services not used and incorrect behavior with female customer | |||
Hi Consumer Court, I am Bhavesh A, have been using Tikona Digital Network service for Internet since last 2 years. The service has been bad. Recently i had to go out to South Africa for 4 months and hence I asked Tikona to disconnect my internet since I would not use it. I was told to pay current bill and the next months bill too even though we did not use the service and we gave written request through registered email id. They did not talk properly to my sister. The customer care is the worst, they do not have the manners to talk to their customers. Now they are forcing us to pay the bill amount of Rs 1622.71 even when we have not used the service for 4 months. Also, they give threatening calls to my sister saying that if we do not pay the amount, they will send legal notice to us. The customer care official -Rajiv (+91 [protected]) even laughed as if he was enjoying to send the legal notice. I am not going to pay a single rupee for such bad service and service providers who do not know how to talk to the customer. Also, since i have not used the service, why should I pay? Even when we requested multiple times to disconnect the services and they are not ready to do it? Why should we suffer for their mistakes? I want to put an official complain in the consumer court for such arrogant customer service and request you to take strict action. Thanks! Bhavesh A.
