Tikona — Fraud company which sucks | |||
Since last 1 year, I had made almost 1000+ complaint & requesting one time resolution of never ending problem of disconnection. I am paying the bill much before the due date in hope that next month my problem will get solved. But the customer care, technical team, nodal officer, CEO, Mr Praksah Bajpai, J Nair, Nagesh etc not even bothered to reply even... The weird services & management of the company push me into losses due to non payment of cards, bills etc... Below type of mail I am composing to them but they never listen:- "Dear Concern, This is to inform you that I am Tikona user since last 3-4 years. Kindly check once that during this period did I ever delayed the payment for 1 day even???? Than why does my problem never get resolved? If you will see than almost every weekend I used to raise a complaint that please provide me the stable connection but simple problem never got resolved. 3 days back I raised one complaint & 2nd day one engineer visited & he resolved the problem temporarily & within next 8 hrs the connection again disturbed. Now since 3 days I had made 30+ calls to your customer care team, technical team, the engineer, nodal officer etc... but no one given me even the satisfactory answer. The nodal officer J-Nair is not the worth to employ. He never respond nor ever pick any calls. A fully waste of resource is the Nodal-appellate person J Nair. Anyway since last 3 days I am desperately following up with your all team that what is going on & when I will get the solution but your all executives giving me fake answers & still after 72 hrs plus the engineer not yet visited. Engineer Shohaib Khan saying that he not yet received any SMS from Tikona regarding deployment of the suty, so he is helpless. If same is true than all of your executives lie to me??????? In our neighbor building already 2 of the user already disconnected the connection & 3rd we are going to migrate to other service provider if I will face such weird services. IF BY TOMORROW IF I DID NOT GET THE STABLE SERVICES THAN I WILL SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WITHOUT PAYING A PENNY TO YOU GUYZ & will break the rooftop device into pieces...
