Tikona — Frequent disconnection problem | |||||
It has been 3 months since I purchased this connection . I am facing frequent disconnection problem. Sometimes I am downloading a file and it gets disconnected which in turns waste my Data also. Many times it keeps disconnected for 4-8 hours. In November, it has been disconnected for 6-8 hours 6-7 times. It remained disconnected for 12 hours or even complete day . When it comes to Waiver. They will register a complaint that no waiver is applicable on your account as of now. Everytime you will ask for disconnection, they will ask for one more chance. Please donot subscribe to Tikona Service. They are not capable of providing stable service. When it comes to paying bill. They will call you 2-3 times a time, will send you mail and text you. Giving 1 (1 star) to Tikona is like insulting number 1 itself.
I need waiver for 2 months. They people are saying you have consumed data. What the hell does it mean? My plan is unlimited plan, If I will consume 10gb data in one day, will you disconnect me for 5 days of the month and will say that you have consumed data.
I am planning to register the complaint physically at Consumer Court. Please guide me the procedure.

I have suffered mental agony, harassment. Whenever I register any waiver request, they people say that no waiver is applicable as you have consumed data. As I have told I have been facing frequent disconnection . Whenever I try to download something. Usually it happens that after 70-80% download, my net goes down and after 3-4 minutes it works or even sometime after 1 hour it becomes normal. In this way my data is consumed. It is not my fault. I have paid Rs2700 in total to Tikona and it has been 3 months. Why would I like to disconnect and pay again to some other provider for Installation charges. It just because that I have suffered actually with Tikona services. I had site idle for 3-4 hours or even more that connection will become stable(When it goes down due to Traffic Problem or Zone down or Tower issue). That cause nothing but frustration . I want 2 months subscription free by Tikona or else I have to move to Consumer Forum and file case under COPRA 1986 act.
Please revert as soon as possible. Because otherwise I have to apply at other service provider also for new connection.

Any update? Clarify me final decision whether you people are providing me waiver or I shall move to court. I am waiting for your reply sincelong time.
