Still no update nothing this is how tikona deals with complaints the engineer last time didn't even bothered calling and marked the complaint as solved it high time now. Very poor from tikona atleast the engineer should visit and check the problem just checks it as solved since 20+ days same issue how can this happen this shows how tikona treats their customers

Updated by Sourabh03 This is what replies I get on text and on their app why should I upgrade my plan I've just paid for the existing plan of 6 months I am okay with 15 Mbps plan. No proper service at all and then except you to upgrade seriously??
