[Resolved] Tikona — Frequent net disconnection | |||||
I have never experienced such kind of problems with any other operators I had opted for. But this TIKONA.. uffff, I really get frustrated raising complaints daily. Their is no need to mention a particular date when the incident is being raised. Incident will happen for sure daily. I had no other operators near by to my current location, which made me to go for this horrible operator. Today I was not even able to connect to customer care, it says 'customer you are to reach is on other call' god only knows what a kind of response is this from an automated customer care service. Please raise one more complaint for the day which is quiet common for me. And if possible please do rectify the problem permanently. Its just one month I installed 'TIKONA', and its almost crossed a double digit for my complaint count.. APPLAUSE TO YOU Was this information helpful? | |||||
