This is to bring to kind notice that we have been unable to use the
Tikona Broadband Connection since the past 21 days.
This is not first time we are facing these issues. I mean every month,
there is disruption in Internet connectivity . i paid the money in advanced for a year.
and more importantly your costumer care executive suck at doing their work they don't know any about what they are doing i tried calling them for fixing my Internet
we want a permanent solution for the inconvenience we undergo every month.I hope you take up this matter very seriously and make the best possible step towards customer satisfaction.
