[Resolved] Tikona — Getting bill after closing the service and paying full bill | |||||
As informed by a Tikona team that for service Id -[protected] having an pending amount of Rs-1684.94. My service is closed from 18 march-2015 and I have payed my last bill so then how this bill generated and I am getting informed after one and half year that I am having an pending amount . I have not got any mail from Tikona till now and suddenly I get a call from legal team, this is not a correct way to communicate with a customer .
