Tikona — Getting unnecessary billing even after disconnection request | |||||
Dear complaint board, In sep 2015 i requested tikona care to disconnect my connection permanently stopped billing me. Because their internet never worked properly. Even i paid them approx 1500 rs extra for non-usage of internet, but since than they regularly sending bill to me. I have emailed them many time to stop billing and collect your device from my home, but they didnt send their executive for device collection also the rental is still continue.
