Tikona — Harassing for undue bills despite getting a disconnection

I have raised the request for disconnection on 11th may, 2015 .They were completely unwilling to disconnect and forwarded my request to different departments and raised the request to shift the connection to a different location despite clearly telling them i want to disconnect and want the device removed.On 31st may, one of their representative came to collect the final bill of settlement and behaved very inappropriately abusing us.Till 6th September, 2015, no one came to collect the device and in the meanwhile i was getting undue bills for the unused service.Finally the device was removed on 7th September and i had already paid the finally settlement earlier of the unused service and was told by the representative that my money would be refunded.
Leave alone refunding the money, they are harassing me to give them a payment of rs 800.Its their problem that they didn't disconnect and took 4 long months and kept on sending unnecessary bills.2 days back i got a call from their lawyer asking me to pay the bill or they will take the case in court.
please do take it.my lawyer will meet you there in the consumer forum court for causing me all the mental agony since past few months.They have horrible service and i kept on having technical glitches while i was using their service.

Hi,
I am not liable to pay you any amount.I have already paid 1 month of amount for which i have not even used your services and I was told by your representative that the amount would be refunded to me since i have not used the services.Delay to disconnect was from your side and not mine.So i am not liable to pay you any more dues
