[Resolved]  Tikona — Harassment and Fraud by Tikona

Hi Team,

My already registered complaint in the same forum dated :Jul 7, 2016, link :

Is still not resolved by Tikona and in fact now they are harassing me by sending the 'Demand Notice' for the disputed amount. I have already lodged complaint here so many times, but issue is still not being resolved. Its more than 6-7 months of continuous follow-ups, now it is the total case of harassment by Tikona. I want to file a 'Mental Harassment Case' against tikona digital networks for sending me fake bills, harassing me to pay the bill of the services which i have not applied or asked for! And now sending me the 'Demand Notice' to further harass me mentally.
Kindly file a mental harassment case against tikona digital networks.

Now i am getting the demand notice from Tikona in spite of so many followups and written complaint in their call centres and here in this forum.

Requesting you to please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Hi,

My complaint was not only regarding the service termination but also was regarding the false bill. I have not registered for the services so why should i pay the bill. Kindly clear my dues as i have not used services nor requested to start the services. Also, i have already returned the modems long back.

My issue is not resolved at all. i am complaining about the false bill, and not about service termination. Please read my complaint carefully, as i am having issues with the bill amount.
