[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment call from TIKONA - Charging without Service being Provided | |||
My tikona Id- [protected] My outstanding according to TIkona - 4678 My bill is quarterly, and before the existing plan got over, i had issues with connection, and called tikona plenty of times to change the wiring so that i can use it. At last one of his executive visits and just leaves saying baadmein dekhta hu. And by then i got my next quarterly bill. Now they expect me to pay for a service which i was not able to use. I dint get to use my previous bill cycle completely. Now im getting a call from lawyer stating that my name will be blacklisted in some RBI thing for next 25 years. Lawyers name is Narendra Karla and Concerned person with whom i spoke right now was Rekha Chauhan. They called me today(13th Dec '14) stating pay now or else your name will have government stamp and will be blacklisted. I DONT get it, i was ready to continue with Tikona, it was tikonas fault that they are not even providing me the service, and how do they expect me to pay for something which they are not even providing. Outstanding Service from Tikona according to me is 15 days without their service, on top of it, now they want another 3 months payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
