[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment post cancellation of the internet connection | |
I had cancelled the internet connection at my Ahmedabad residence more than a month ago and i still receive calls and messages from the Tikona company to pay an amount to 1255Rs as "bill amount". Firstly, I cancelled the connection, so why there a bill being generated? Secondly, the connection I had was prepaid one, so why is there a bill generated? Kindly help me out because now it feels a complete harassment by the company in hoarding money off their clients. Was this information helpful? | |
