Tikona — Highly fed up with high quality service | |||
Dear team, I am very much unsatisfied with your high quality services, really fed up with your internet service and with your customer support service. This is going to be 3rd week i am facing no connectivity issue via your link and had raised complaint so many times but every time i was informed that there is some issue with your back end and service would be restored soon and every next day of raising a complaint i am getting a text message on my registered mobile number that "your complaint has been resolved" and that is very much annoying for me because nothing is getting change after raising too many complaints. Every time when i tried to reach your complaint desk i am getting fruitful responses but didn't get fruitful results till now. I am using your services from past 5-6 years in my home town but till now didn't face such type of issues, but here i have to sadly surrender my connection because i am no more interested to spent even single penny on you guys or your such a bad service. Thank you very much for your unsatisfactory services.
