No resolution has been given . Mr. Prateesh from Waiver and Management Team called and still unable to resolve . He is not looking onto customer's resolution and satisfaction .
He is just looking on to Company's Revenue . If I am facing issues with the connection, then why you are not able to help me with the resolution .
He said to take only 30 % off for next 3 months and asking there are no complains registered before December month .
Then, why you are not checking mine complaints which were raised in the month of April and May . May I show you all contents raised earlier or better you check at your end .
Also, I have faced severe issue and this is not a joke how your team is handling .
This is how you guys are handling and blocking me when raised the concern on Facebook Page .
