[Resolved] Tikona — Internet connection transfer | |||||
I applied for transfer of connection 10 days back they took the connection from Kanpur and promised me that they will fix it in Lucknow but still after mailing them more than 5 times not even a single person has even tried contacting me my validity is coming closer and I am not able to utilize my data.I have tried contacting them several times but they are again and again sending me the system generated mails that within 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours it will be resolved but no body has even tried my number to understand the situation all my important tasks are in pending mode, they have taken all money in advance but services are not up to the mark... Tikona — No response from the company
I have booked my sales visit on 29 June and also have called on customer care a couple of times. Company promised to come on 30 June but no one showed up. I am very disappointed by such careless attitude of company.Tikona — no internet at night
