Tikona Internet — Harassment & Threats by Tikona Representatives & Fraudulent Charges | |||
This is a complaint against the representatives of Tikona Internet I got a broadband connection last year in October and for the next 6 months, I faced in-numerous problems with the connection. From Latency to extremely slow speeds and the Internet not working for 20 days together. Each time when I raised a service request/complaint, I was told that the closest tower/point is more than 600 meters from my address and Tikona should have never installed this connection because I will never get a consistent speed and the Internet signal will keep on dropping. Finally after 6 months, having paid for pathetic Internet services, I requested a disconnection. Post this I was told that I will still have to pay for the next quarter (advance rental) which I refused because I had already given a request for disconnection and that is service that I do not wish to use. While my connection was disconnected, I have still been getting calls from Tikona. Since then I have been getting calls from Tikona representatives threatening to beat me up, break furniture, pickup my computer/laptop if I do not pay the amount. No one till date has even come to collect the box and wiring and I'm being asked to pay for that as well. I have tried reaching customer service and the lines were busy and the IVR said that I will receive a call back which has not happened either. This company is a fraud and no one should subscribe to their services. Was this information helpful? | |||
