[Resolved] Tikona — Internet not started after making payment | |||||
Tikona ID: [protected] On Monday 8th May I got Tikona guys confirmed to install the internet for home. Tuesday 9th may they came and installed the plan without discussing, we requested to install them different plan. They came back on Wednesday 10th may and installed the plan in which we were interested. They asked me to make payment first so that internet can be made on, so I agreed to them and payment Wednesday. After making payment i called them aleast 5-6 times to get internet going but till today 12th May, i am without working internet. If they can’t provide internet they should not ask for payment first. My wife has wasted her whole week without internet as she works from home. If they can’t provide me internet within there schedule please refund my money. I am sick of calling them asking me to wait without proper solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||

No I did not received any response on 18th may 2017.
Today 19th may 2017 they called and informed me and said they do not provide 10 mbps speed in my area. but still charging for 10 mbps this is cheating, there engineer is coming to check internet connection since last 4 days but not reached my home till now, is he coming from moon???. I need 10mbps speed if you cant provide i need my money refunded. Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
