[Resolved] Tikona — Internet plan | |||||
Even though i am paying monthly bills on time, tikona happens to provide very bad service and there are very serious connectivity issues. The speed is not what has been promised and not even as per plan. There has been serious drop in network speed. It has critically impacted my work. There is no proper service provided by the executives and they do not care about their customers. Its really frustrating at times because if internet is connected you need to keep modem restarting every time just to check if it connects after restart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
