Customer id: [protected] For last 20 days i have been continuously complaining about loss of connectivity / slow speed. Their call center is highly inefficient. They have no knowledge of the issue and just make false promises without any action. Nobody from their side even inform you anything and they just close the complaint marking it as resolved. I have talked to their so called senior people as well and they are all the same. It is a real shame that we have such service providers in india. All consumers just shun such incompetent and fraud service provide so that their shop go bust and they go bankrupt. This post is to warn all new service seekers to be beware of them.
