[Resolved] Tikona — M not getting wifi connection since many days and tikona staff is not responding well. | |||||
Hi, I m using Tikona from a year but now it's getting too disappointing. Whenever I try to call on customer care toll free number, call does not get connected till hours and when it gets connected they keep me on hold again for hours. Like its really too frustrating. And the guys/gal who talk to me on customer care number don't talk properly and don't give the proper resolution, most of the time they are not interested in talking. I repeatedly get calls and msgs from Tikona for bill payment, when they call I said them m not getting connection from many days but they don't care about my complain, they just want to know when and how my bill will be paid by online or by pickup. Like what they just want money they don't care about customer satisfaction. It's too disappointing they just care about money and they are just wasting my time and money.
