[Resolved] Tikona — Mental harassment | |||||
My user ID = [protected] First its Internet Service & customer care & appellate authority is very poor. From 30 Days there connection doesn't work for 15 Days. They don't Send Proper bill on time. I took connection from agent name aashish who sold me this connection of tikona. I took connection on condition that i need original paper bill on my address. Since I need to claim that amount from my office. First it was all ok. Then suddenly they stop sending me bill. When i enquired than they said your mode is set to email, I said i have not acknowledged this than how come this change. Than also i made payment on trust of there executive who visited my house & said it will be done by next month which resulted in 3 months payment loss to me. After the payment again same thing continued. I wrote many emails to customer care & appellate authority but all mails fell on deaf ears. Due to no proper responce from there side I wrote final emails to disconnect my service & i will not pay the bills, you can collect the device by giving noc for which they are not ready. Then i called their agent aashish who said don't pay bill. Stills They call me, email me & send letters for legal.
