[Resolved] Tikona Network — Unethical behaviour | |||
We have teminated our Tikona Network in last year.Instead of sending no.of mails to terminate the service Tikona has not terminated it and Suddenly after two months they have contacted claiming that we hav not paid bill for 2 month and if we do not pay it they will do police case against us.Even though we were not wrong still we have paid money to tikona.While paying so called due transaction got failed so again we did transaction.During thses two transactions tikona has received payment Twice.Four months has passed till date Tikona do not have any courtesy to call us to inform that we made extra payment to them! When we have contacted them they have accepted that they have received payment twice.This kind on unethical behavior is not accepeted from any service provider.If we do not get our money in next 4 days surely we will launch a complain against Tikona!
