[Resolved] Tikona — Never ever use the tikona services. its full o[censored]seless service | |||||
My user id is-[protected], its useless service. they never solve the complaint i[censored] register. if i called the customer care for register the complaint i have to wait on hold for 30min to talk with their service executive. i register my complained on 23/09/15 and the executive guy said to me that engineer come to ur home today evening but till now [ 26/09/15 ] no one come in my home . i called lots of time but every executive said engineer come in today evening but no one is come. and also after every 4 to 5 days later i face different different problem in network. every time internet stuck when i some important work to do . so i give a suggestion to all never never never buy the tikona internet . i[censored] ready to handle the lots of problem so that u think to buy thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
