Tikona — No confirmation on Disconnection of service

Our user id is [protected] and complaint id is 1-[protected]. We have not received the confirmation of disconnection. I have already requested to send them 15 days back. I have not received any response. I need that immediately to avoid any more confusion. We will not be responsible for any further invoice that is raised against us/this user id. We wanted to disconnect as the service was very poor
