Tikona — No Internet connectivity and repeated failure from Tikona Digital Networks customer care | |||
User id. [protected]. We have been trying to use Internet connectivity for nearly 10 days now but cannot use as there is technical issue at tikona. We have been complaining on days now but no one has bothered to resolve our problem. The internet is not working. The ccustomer care people receiving the calls do not care and only delay by saying it will be done. They do not even provide docket numbers. This is a corporate connection and we are facing extremely difficult situations. We are paying but no internet connectivity is provided to us. We request you to look into the matter at the earliest and provide solution as soon as possible. Debanjan Paul.
