Tikona — No internet speed

I have bought 4MBPS plan from the company and it has been 6 months since i'm struggling to get a network at my place and they keep telling give us a last time we will do something about it but they don't. I have asked them to return all the amount of the tenure or atleast installation charges since my complaints have started from day one only and network has been of no use to me. They are not even disconnecting the network on repeated requests . worst network ever and rude employees always making false promises
