Tikona — No service provided. Not even refunding the money. | |||||
With reference to Tikona account no.[protected], I paid rs.2576 on 10th April 2016 which was credited in Tikon account on 16th April 2016 but the company could not start the connection for 15 days even after repeated visits by its engineers. Fedup with their services I registered the complaint on toll free number on 7th May 2016 to refund my money. I was promised refund in 7 days but even after 23 days I am waiting for refund. Call to customer care is fruitless even after waiting for 30 minutes. Auto response to email says that id is not registered while call centre confirms the registered email. Wating for around one month but no response yet. I think I have been left with no other option than to move consumer court against this rogue company.
