Tikona — No step taken on my complain | |||
Hi My name is Deepak Rana and i am from Gurgaon Haryana. I have a tikona internet connection at my home, its been around 3 months since i am using tikona, but its not working properly since starting. I lodged sevral complain but tikona is not responding First they don't pickup my call, if any how they respond to my call they always put me on hold and disconnect my call from their end. My connection is not working from a long time and tikona is not taking any step against that. All they are doing is keep sending me the monthly bill. But why should i pay the bill.
