[Resolved] Tikona — Not connecting neither deactivating connection | |||||
Tikona is the worst internet provider ever i have seen... There is no customer service at all... I have paid 2040 as initial payment for 3 months... Not even a single day i got the connection... I called the service providers to resolve tat he is coming by 9pm once he fixed the connection it is working for 1/2 hr and again it is not connecting... I called them more than 8 times in the past weeks... I raised the deactivation request Also... But the customer care executive is arguing with me tat she can't refund without their technical team resolve the issue and the issue is not resolved yet and no technical team came to resolve the issue... I'm having this dummy connection for one month without using... Do they everknow something called customer service!! Tikona sucks... I strongly recommended my friends not to use this worst service provider... Was this information helpful? | |||||
