[Resolved] Tikona — Not deactivating the connection | |||||
Hi Team, I have to raise the complaint against Tikona broad band. My issue is that, I have raised the request to deactivate my Tikona broad brand they gave me the request number (1-[protected]) but Tikona did not deactivated my connection and I recently got to know that I have to pay bill for pending dues to Tikona. Please advise as when a request was already raised for disconnection then for what services I was billed and when no services of Tikona were used after raising disconnection request I did many follow ups with Tikona customer care but I haven't received satisfactory responses from Tikona's customer support My customer I’D [protected] Kindly request you to please have a look into this concern and take necessary action against Tikona.
