Tikona — Not disconnecting even after repeated requests | |||
With respect to my customer id: [protected], I had raised a disconnection request on Feb 6th, 2015. Till today my broadband connection has not been disconnected. I have made about 15 calls to customer care and the response every time has been that my connection would be disconnected in 48 hours but to no avail. Tikona has to be the worst internet service provider in India. I would recommend everybody to stay away from Tikona Was this information helpful? | |||
