[Resolved] Tikona — Not getting internet connectivity last 20th march but getting bills & calls | |||||
My name is sohan yadav my customer id-[protected], i have paid the amount aound rs.800 on 20 march but that time my internet connection is down due to technical reason. I had complaint many time but nothing get solution till yet, but i am getting messages & calls for dues payment, should i pay for that, which i have not use till march... I want to disconnect but tikona don't want to loose users & don't provide service. Tikona service provider has set the reminder for payment but they don't want to provide services. Engineer came 4th june but the problem is the same as i got call from senor desk told me the problem is side of tikona tower device name ap, there is some flactution in the network, till the device not changed i have to face problem (That status was on march & same till yet), device not replaced end of the may as told by senior desk. If you tikonas can't provide good services so why make customers. I dont want to continue, please do diconnect & reverse my amount. Please look for this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please note on account of service discontinuation, you shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to your action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 for roof top device not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service.
