Tikona — Pathetic customer care service

Hello All, I stay in Rajarajeshwari nagar(RR Nagar) area in Bangalore and needed a broadband connection for official as well as personal usage. On doing some research I came to know there are not many broadband options in RR nagar and based on a colleagues good review I opted for TIKONA 35 GB 4MBPS plan. The installation and everything was very quick however the problem started after usage for 5 months, I never got the proper browsing speed, there were frequent disconnections and even on some days the tikona login page itself will not load. Recently about 8-9 days back when I again lodged a complaint with tikona, customer care are not at all bothered about the resolution of the issue, they just sit on the issue and let the dust settle on it. I also told them so many times that it is better if they send some engineer instead of doing checks remotely over so many days. On top of that after 1 week they even have the audacity to send a sms update which says "your complaint has been addressed and resolved " without even anybody coming to my premises or someone from tikona technical team updating me regarding the resultion. Even after registering a complaint with tikona customer care more than a week back now still the issue is not resolved. I hope people dont get carried away from pocket friendly plans of tikona. Hello Customer Care,

I have been keeping a close watch on the complaint. I have received calls from your executive on the complaint as well and they have been doing some technical fixing remotely. Please note that nobody has visited my premises for any diagnosis and repair. If the problem was something technical at backend why was it not fixed before, why were they not able to diagnose the issue? Why did they take so much time ?- This gives me an impression that you have a very incompetent technical team at your disposal.

Currently the broadband connection is working but sometimes it still gives the same problem of fluctuating speed and Tikona login page not loading.

Also want to ask what happened to my 25 GB left over data from previous billing cycle which got wasted due to your poor & non-working connection.

Would you be adding that data to my current cycle ? Would like to hear your comments on this..
