Tikona — Pathetic service provider | |||
Account - [protected] It has been over a month, I'm requesting my plan to be upgraded and they keep saying it will be one in next 2 days or sometimes they say it will be done within 4 hours and I'm listening this nuisance from past 1 month from them. I have called more than 6 times and they have a same answer but not resolution and some times CUSTOMER CARE EVEN DISCONNECT THE CALL. I'm using Tikona from past 3 years and was really impressed by their service 1 year back or so and have recommended many others too about it but now I'm regretting my decision. I'm really not sure if they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about Really Unbelievable to read about so many Tikona Users go through this horrible experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is one of the worst companies.They claim everything in their ad campaigns and internet speed bla bla but has zero customer retention.i got my tikona installed in july 2015 and instantly they requested to pay 2100 which i did.After 15-20 days of service, the net speed went down and no connectivity during day time.i phoned customer care numbers numerous times .they kept on cheating me saying that they are resolving my problem.there customer care ppl never pick up the phone and if you are lucky enough then they will talk all nonsense other than resolving your issue.whoever is reading my comment, i request u never get tikona and google about its services, you will get to know about this horrible company and its fake services .they have no proper plan change policy and what is the use of internet i[censored] cannot use at your will.3rs class company no doubt.
