[Resolved] Tikona — Pathetic Services By Tikona and unnecessary harrasement | |||
Tikona is a pathetic service provider company. When it comes to payment follow up they do several calls but when we as a customer do calls to them to seek their support on technical issue they just say change your adapter setting, we will assign engineer etc...but their engineer never turn up with solution. Which in turn results to no services from tikona and in return tikona team expects us to do payment by using some other dongle or to do payment from cyber cafe...Such a shameless company. I am very frsutrated with Tikona Team. Please never ever seek Tikona services Was this information helpful? | |||
