[Resolved]  Tikona — Planning to have tikona internet connection installed at your place, think twice. Here are the reasons :

1. You never get the speed promised and get frequent disconnection of internet. 2. If you have taken a little bigger plan and it is remaining till the end of your next billing cycle, they will change your password without even informing you and you will not get connection until your next billing cycle. 3. Don't ever think of customer care support. They are just trained to say “ turn off your modem and turn it again” 4. In case you want to change your mobile number it takes at least takes 2 months. 5. Speed at night drops down to only 10% for your actual speed that you get during the day. For example (They say you get speed of 512mbps, in actual you will get 256. So 10% of it at night is 25.6mpbs, which hardly opens any page. 6. Resetting of your password takes 15 days. 7. Customer care normally respond to your email in just 25 days. 8.
