Tikona — Poor internet connection and Customer Services after taking money | |||
Tikona connection was done on 19th of Last month. But after taking cash my internet connection has worked on very less no of days. Almost always its disconnected. When complaint they don't pay fix even after repeated complaints. They don't send their person easily to fix connection. Today also its 7th days already, and my internet connection is not fixed. The customer Care Person Never Given a Satisfactions Response on Call. Last night i Talked to Mr Santosh and Told about my Problem and the Guy told me that Sir You will Receive a Msg and Call Back from Our Team in next 2 Hrs but still i have't Received and Call or Msg. This is pathetic situation I'm Losing my Services days, Money on Every Call made in Customer Care and its causing lot of mental harassment also. I need my deposited amount back as I am not getting service. I don't want Continue service in Future and will never Suggest Any one to take this poor and worst company services.
