[Resolved]  Tikona — Pressurising for settlement beyond final payment

On july 4, 2015, i received mail from tikona providing TT no. [protected], against customer id : [protected] for final closure as i had requested them 2 days before. they said it will take 45 days for final closure.
but after that also i'm receiving bills & mails for payment in spite of making final payment on[protected] after speaking with Customer care executive.
once i received mail saying that device will be picked up from my location, but no one came, on calling them they say they will come in a day or two. this is happening since last 8 months.
from last few days i'm getting harassment calls saying that they are calling from Delhi civil court & there is a warrant on my name. they say that either you make settlement or fight in court, i said that i will fight in court, so they are threatening me saying that i have to pay penalty of 85000/- & other charges.

please help me, if anyone can suggest me.

i informed them many times to change my contact no., i mailed them also, but they are least bothered.

I havr taken connection on 26 th august and today is 27th august but there is no connecyion even in 2 meters. Your engineer and sales person is only committing last 2 days about will visit your place but not yet visited any one. Plese reply as soon.as possible or else will complaint to consumer court..1st and final complaints
dear tikona team,
there is no such thing like full 7 final settlement as i had already cleared my FINAL BILL.
so please forget about SETTLEMENT, as i had already requested to close this connection about 14 MONTHS BACK.
i don't think that this can take this long to close the connection.
i want no dues for the same.
i'm taking this matter to consumer forum within a day or two, as i have all the evidence mails & transaction records of payments done to tikona.
