Tikona — Problem for disconnection of tikona network | |||||
Sir I have to disconnect the tikona broadband but even after repetitive call there is no response from tikona customer care. When i call to customer care and asked for disconnection they put my call on hold more than half and hour and then disconnected. This thing happened many time. This is really unprofessional behavior from tikona .I really suggest not to go for such broad band company who trying to cheat us in such manner.
