[Resolved]  Tikona — Ran away after taking payment

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

I paid around Rs 2100/- for Tikona broadband to Mr Mannu Kumar/ Ankur Baliyan for Tikona broad band. They showed me the committed 3.8 mbps speed at the time of taking money. Once they taken money, since that they I am doing follow up for service but no one is listening to resolve the same. Even they didn't assigned anyone even after 1 month pending complaint. Even appellate of Tikona is the dummy. I suggest a strong action on this fraud company. Even customer care cell is also non funtional.

I have already following up since last 40 days. And several mails exchaged at below mail IDs, but there is no response. Even tried to call on your number provided for technical assistance. But, there is no fruitful response.
