[Resolved]  Tikona — Receiving calls from advocates as calling from Delhi threatening

Name : Anil Jana Email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Tikona ID : [protected]. My connection got terminated on August 3, 2014. Tikona people collected modem and other related equipments, but I still get calls from different people using different numbers and one particular number[protected] as she or he is a lawyer from Delhi court. When I asked them about my refund amount pending with Tikona, they said I have refund of Rs. 1200. I said I will make the payment but first send me the details of my refund amount pending with Tikona. I never had any late payment history with Tikona for the service I used. My bill at the time of termination was for 773 and I asked them to set-off against my refund payment and return me the remaining amount or send me the details on my Mail about the refund, then I will make the payment, but still not received any mail from the Tikona and still getting calls with harassment Also have written mail to customer care and also to Mr. J. Nair, but still no verbal or written communication from customer care or Mr. J. Nair after me writing the mail. All I receive is just computer generated mail that the call will be attended, nothing else. Pls help me on this issue and let me know how to get rid of this thing ASAP.
