User id: [protected] I had request for termination of service because they are not able to provide service anymone due to technical issue and on 5 july they terminate my service and send me mail about termination and i will get refund within 30 days of termination but i havent get refund so i called them many times and mailed them but i m not getting any response from them.

Please tell whether you want to give remand or not. This is not the way to deal with customer. Whenever i call to service center they are giving rediculeous answers. If you dont want to give refund then i need to file a case against you.
Expecting proper and true reply from your side.
