[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding connection disconnected & harassment from tikona calls | |||
I have disconnected your service on 1st Feb 2016 in writing email due to pathetic connection & your inability to send me original paper bill. Your customer service department are not interested in solving customer queries. Please go through previous mails. I understand your department must be flooded with customer complaints given your pathetic services hence the delay. Your department is harassing us by calling us frequently for payment & court case. It has been told to them every time that connection is already cancelled & we wont pay any rentals for cancelled connection however as a part of Tikona’s regular practice of providing pathetic services, the calls wont stop. A sincere request if as Head of Customer Services you can act on my cancellation request, that would be very helpful to us. Also, please stop harassing us by calling again & again.
