You guys are waste others time, my Id is [protected], i am so much frusted from your internet and if i was trying to contact your customer care then all the time "we have registered your complaint, our technical executive will contact you SHORTLY " but still i am waiting from that unknown/invisible person, i have filed complaint and no one call me for technical assistance, i received call from tikona only for one question " kya aapke pass koi technical banda aaya " after that i said no then she told ok i just confirm that WHAT IS THIS PLEASE EXPLAIN I am not able to use net, solve this problem One more thing, i have already deposit money for 3 months package then why i received mail for payment, I am totally confused about that i mean whats going on and how you work ? regards Deepika Was this information helpful? | |||
