I have requested for relocation if my existing tikona broadband connection as i have paid for 6 month plan.
One of the executive called and fixed appointment for 29th july, 2020.
When called on evening 28th, 2020, he said the ticket is already closed and connect with customer care. Tried calling customer care number multiple times but no response.
My ticket is closed without even handling my issue.
Disgusting service from tikona india.
