Tikona — Services discontinued inspite of making payment | |||||
Hi team, I paid my tikona (User id - [protected]) bill through paytm and while making payment i got an error “payment failed”. But the money was deducted from bank account which was rs. 472/-. I called up tikona and asked if they have received the payment but they said “no” and were not ready to help me to resolve this issue even though the paytm integration was from tikona website itself. Tikona has discontinued my internet line since last 5 days now inspite of providing them the transaction id's and all required information & instead of investigating issue and resolving the same they disconnected my internet connection. So i ask for a statement from my bank but there was no reversal back to my bank account. If this is the case than where did my money go? To know this i called up paytm to know the status of the payment i made over www.paytm.com, i called up on [protected] and was stuck with their ivr system. The ivr system of paytm is so pathetic that even if i select number 9 to get connected to paytm agent, i get a response “wrong input”. This has happened many times now. Before doing this i wrote an email to paytm mentioning the entire problem i faced, they gave me a reference number and said we shall close this query shortly and since then i have not reply from they. So i replied on the same email again but now it’s almost 72 hours still no response from paytm. I cannot even imagine how irresponsible paytm is, such a big brand market. If this continues than one day there will be no one who will use paytm. I want this issue resolved else i will stop using paytm and also tell my friends and family members about the worst experience i had using paytm. Even tikona is a worst service provider. It was tikona website where i was making payment and there i found option to make payment via paytm. So it is tikona's responsibility to get this issue sorted but they haven't took any initiative and also harass me and family by sending their collection agents again and again at my residence in my absence. Also they trouble me by calling me again n again while i am attending my important meetings in my office. Pfa the images in which you can see paytm reference number.
