Tikona — slow net speed | |||
I have lodged a complaint before, but no actions were taken... I had taken the plan which promises me 1Mbps speed from 8am-8pm and 520Kbps speed from 8pm-8am. But the speed doesn't rise above 100Kbps at any time of the day. It sometimes even falls to speed as low as 5-10Kbps. I request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
