[Resolved] Tikona — Speed issue no significant response from cs team | |||||
I have Internet connection of Tikona in Jabalpur city it provides about 4 MBPS which is the speed limit of my net. only in morning i am able to get speed of 4 mbps but in evening or night time automatically reduces itself to 1mbps it's not for a single day but it's consecutive and is happening for about 4 to 5 days I would request you to please help me out in this problem I have no problem in morning but the speed reduces at the night time thankyou Customer account no. - [protected] Tried contacting cs many times.Seems they keep live busy Was this information helpful? | |||||
